Alyssa Welch is a Doctor of Physical Therapy whose clinical experience and personal journey led her to explore the role fascia plays in movement, development, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being. What she witnessed in her clients over the years, sparked a deep passion for helping others better understand the body’s innate ability to heal.
Through gentle fascial therapy, Alyssa works with infants, children, and adults to address patterns of tension that may be contributing to chronic pain, limited mobility, postural dysfunction, feeding challenges, developmental concerns and other health challenges. Her goal is not to simply treat symptoms, but to help uncover and address the underlying patterns that may be contributing to them.
In addition to working with clients, Alyssa is the founder and instructor of Restorative Fascial Therapy (RFT), a hands-on educational training designed to help healthcare providers and parents better understand fascia, fascial unwinding, and the body’s innate capacity for healing.
